Reasons for requesting a bin
You can request bins for a number of reasons. This includes where:
- you have moved into a new home and you have no bins
- you need a larger or additional bin
- you want a smaller general waste bin
- you need bins for a community event
Renewals
If you already have an additional bin, you will be sent a renewal reminder when your subscription is due to renew. You will find a link to the renewal form with information about how to pay in your reminder.
Bin issues
Visit our bin issues page for advice on the following issues:
- a missed bin collection
- a damaged bin that needs repairing or removal
- a missing bin
If you no longer need a bin or want to request the removal of an abandoned bin, you can ask us to remove it.
