We’re celebrating the joy of reading this HiVis Fortnight HiVis 2026 - 1 to 14 June 2026 - Reading Sight.
Throughout the fortnight, we’ll be highlighting on our social media the range of services available for people with a vision impairment. We will also give tips to help you get the most from our digital library services.
For example, for more accessible reading, you can customise how ebooks, e-magazines and newspapers appear in BorrowBox and PressReader. Features include adjustable text size, colour schemes and page layouts, as well as read-aloud functions to support easier and more enjoyable reading.
